This commitment was formally affirmed through official registration under the Indian Trust Act of 1882, a milestone achieved on June 26th, 2018. The organisation was conceived with a comprehensive and practical vision for fostering development.

Legal Status: Lam Phunuknai Trust proudly holds a legally recognised status, operating seamlessly within the regulatory framework outlined by the Indian Trust Act of 1882. Our official registration, bearing the number 4195/2018/IV-326, was granted on June 26th, 2018, with our registered address at Khakchang Residential Complex, Nandannagar, Bankumari via Kunjaban, Agartala, Tripura – 799006. This registration firmly underscores our organisation’s legitimacy and adherence to the statutory requirements governing trusts in India.

Beyond our registration under the Indian Trust Act, Lam Phunuknai Trust has acquired a range of certifications and authorisations that further enhance our credibility and empower us to conduct our activities with utmost effectiveness. Under the banner of our subsidiary, the United Tiprasa Forum, we carry out all our activities.
