UTF Hosts Special Coaching for Tripura Police Constable Personal Interaction Test Preparation
In response to the recently released results of the Tripura Police Constable written exam, the United Tiprasa Forum (UTF) organized a focused, two-day coaching session to prepare qualified candidates for their upcoming Personal Interaction Test. The test is scheduled to begin on 18 November 2024, and this final stage will determine the candidates’ suitability for the Tripura Police Constable position. Recognizing the importance of thorough preparation, many candidates turned to UTF’s Free Coaching Class, and UTF quickly responded by offering a specialized training session on 3 and 4 November 2024.
Coaching Sessions Overview
UTF held the sessions in both online and offline formats, ensuring accessibility for all interested candidates. Approximately 30 candidates participated, benefitting from comprehensive training designed specifically for the demands of the Personal Interaction Test. The training emphasized essential skills, topics, and the interpersonal abilities that candidates would need to excel in the interview.
Day 1: Guidance from Mr. Vincent Debbarma
On the first day, 3 November, Mr. Vincent Debbarma, one of UTF’s founding members and its current advisor, led the session. Mr. Debbarma, a Sub-Divisional Forest Officer (SDFO), conducted the class from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. His deep understanding of the recruitment process and practical experience in administration provided candidates with valuable insights into what to expect in the Personal Interaction Test. He shared strategies for clear communication, responding confidently under pressure, and understanding the expectations of the recruitment board. Mr. Vincent’s session was highly interactive, allowing candidates to ask questions and receive tailored advice.
Day 2: Specialized Instruction from Ms. Pramila Debbarma
On 4 November, the second day of the program, Ms. Pramila Debbarma, a B.Tech graduate and esteemed teacher in UTF’s coaching program, led a focused session on two key topics: General Knowledge and Current Affairs. Her session spanned both general concepts and relevant recent events likely to appear in interview discussions, tailoring her approach to the constable position’s context.
Ms. Pramila provided in-depth coverage of recent developments pertinent to law enforcement and civic responsibilities, enhancing the candidates’ ability to present well-rounded answers. Her clear explanations, combined with practical examples, aimed to build candidates’ confidence, making them well-prepared to address the board’s questions effectively.
Positive Impact and Future Prospects
These two-day sessions provided candidates with a solid foundation to tackle the Personal Interaction Test. UTF’s coaching was meticulously designed to empower participants with the skills needed to navigate the interview confidently and potentially secure their position as Tripura Police Constables.
As the candidates move forward in their recruitment journey, the guidance provided by Mr. Vincent Debbarma and Ms. Pramila Debbarma promises to have a lasting impact. UTF remains committed to supporting aspiring public servants and contributing to community development through quality educational initiatives. The organization hopes that the coaching will lead to success for its candidates and continues to stand as a resource for many more in the future.
